I have been a licensed attorney since 1973. I have been offering mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in Midland, Texas and surrounding areas since 1991. I have mediated all types of cases, including personal injury and death, negligence, construction, contracts, debtor / creditor, oil and gas, estates, probate, real estate restrictions, damages, ownership and leasing, family law, and employment.

Every case, even those the parties feel are impossible to settle, can be settled through dispute resolution. Some cases require an evaluative mediator and some a facilitative. Providing mediation services is a service business. I endeavor to provide each case the method that will most likely achieve a resolution about which all of the parties can feel good; regardless of the time it takes.
